Kyle Rask (IDEA Grad 2025) illustrates one of his favourite winter cocktails (recipe included)

This illustration is a winter/seasonal pick-me-up of one of Kyle’s favourite winter cocktails, and a favourite in his family — along with the recipe.

Blueberry Tea (No Blueberries Required)

6 oz steeped Orange Pekoe or Earl Grey Tea
1 oz Amaretto Liqueur (Such as Disaronno)
1 oz Orange Liqueur (Such as Grand Marnier)

Rim mug with orange or lemon juice and sugar.
Steep tea for 4-5 minutes and remove tea bag.
Add liqueurs, a squeeze of lemon, and stir.
Finish with lemon wheel.
