As the year comes to a close, we invite you to check out these poster designs from IDEA School of Design's annual 'Reflections' poster exhibit earlier this year. The body-themed exhibit featured twenty-two 2nd year students.
Many congratulations to Rae Maher, who won a $1,000 Jim Rimmer scholarship last week for her poster series on albinism at the GDC's Type Night in Vancouver. Finalists from IDEA School of Design include Annie Chang, Angela Schmold, Ashley Visvanathan and Charmaine Cheng.
Ashley knew she wanted to trade her usual summer job at a restaurant for a chance to cut her teeth in a studio. She write, "IDEA has armed me with the skills I need to do my job. The assignments and skills taught in the Bachelor of Design program reflect what I was asked to do in the studio." Read her story!
